ORDER PROCESSING 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days.
(Note : Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors beyond our control.)

STORE PICKUP

During checkout, please enter your shipping address and select the available shipping option. Click the “Continue to shipping” button to proceed. We do not offer local pickup or local delivery. 
All orders are shipped directly to the customer’s address. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days depending on your location and carrier availability.


FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped using reliable third‑party carriers.
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and carrier availability.
A flat‑rate shipping fee (if applicable) is displayed at checkout. At this time, we ship only within the United States.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

At this time, we ship only within the United States. Occasional free shipping promotions or flat-rate shipping offers (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Smillennial ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future, and updates will be provided on our website when available.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

At Smillennial, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

RETURNS

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. 
Due to our dropshipping business model, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect address entered at checkout. 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us as soon as possible at padhiyarsmit@ymail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item showing the issue 
We review these cases on a case‑by‑case basis and will work toward a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. 

REFUNDS

Once your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error. 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, a replacement may be issued at our discretion for damaged or defective items.
